I have been married to my career Army veteran husband for 31 years and we have 3 children (2 adult daughters and 1 son in high school at CCA). I earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Christian Counseling. Through homeschooling my kids for many years, I found my love of teaching. When CCA first started, I was thrilled to be able to volunteer as a teacher to put my heart for Christian education and love of working with children into practice. CCA’s emphasis on Godly values and principles, as well as developing Christ-like character, have been what have kept us there. When I’m not busy thinking of an educational chant or game to make learning more fun, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks with my dog, cuddling up with my cats, lap swimming, and reading.
