I am a former teacher who took a break from teaching to provide a home for 53 foster kiddos. God has chosen us to be a permanent home for 3 of them. I really liked the Christ centered education our son was getting at CCA and with a 2nd one entering school this year I wanted to spend a little more time at the school getting to know the staff and students who will be such an important part of my boys lives this year. I am looking forward to being part of the CCA family this school year! 

I have an elementary teaching degree from George Fox and spent 29 years teaching and coaching before staying home to do foster care. My husband Selmar and I have been married for 34 years and have 6 children, a son in law, daughter in law and a wonderful granddaughter. We enjoy athletics of all kinds, snowmobiling, and spending time with our family.
